Cancellation of registration If you are unable to attend the seminar, you will not incur any costs if we receive a written cancellation from you at least 4 weeks before the start of the seminar. If we receive your written cancelation at least 2 weeks before the start of the seminar, a cancellation fee of 100,- € will be charged. If you cancel later, the full seminar fee is due. He has been a full-time funeral speaker himself since 2002 and has been able to accompany over 1500 funeral services in the past 20 years. He is not only an experienced speaker, but also a dedicated instructor and trainer who has been passing on his knowledge for over a decade.
His qualification as a certified NLP Master Trainer and Coach enables him to combine deep human insights with professional methods.
