Undercoat is an opaque cosmetic that covers discolored areas without creating a varnished effect. It is used over discolorations caused by injuries, ecchymosis, intravenous leaks, burns, as well as over waxy areas and extensive restorative work. Product benefits: Even in cases where bleach, chemicals, etc., are present, the undercoat will not crack or peel after drying when applied in thin layers and will not lift when touched. Equally valuable for covering stains on the hands as well as the face. No powder is required to adjust the undercoat. The propellant in the base does not contain fluorocarbons. The undercoat does not create dehydration problems, which some sprayable cosmetics can.
